Plano-Convex Spherical Lens is widely use in optical display systems, projection optics systems, imagining optical systems, and laser measurement systems. It is best use where conjugate point-- object distance, S or image distance S' is more than five times of the other. This lens is almost the most super form for both collimating a point source and focusing collimated light.

The second way: fine grinding, is to grind out the lens to eliminate the destruction layer, fixed R value.
The third way: polishing, is to polish the fine polishing lens again, this process is mainly to make the appearance better.
The fourth way: cleaning, is to polish the lens after the polishing of the surface of the polishing powder to prevent pressure.
The fifth way: edging is to grind the original lens outer diameter to the specified outer diameter.
The sixth way: coating, is to have to coat the surface of the lens with one or more layers of colored film or other films.
The seventh way: ink coating, is to have a layer of black ink on the outer edge of the map that will require lenses to prevent reflection.
The eighth way: gluing is to combine 2 lenses with two R values opposite the size and outer diameter material with glue.
Special operations: multi-piece machining (or plate machining) and spherical machining (20 heel shaft) wire cutting. Depending on the production process, the process will also vary slightly, such as the order of inking and gluing.
